  1. Jeff Meyerson says:

Lucky you. Jackie decided that since we had 70+ credits on PbSwap we should get the Lee Child books in paperback. A dozen came in. I got a couple of things: John Abbott (Ed McBain/Evan Hunter)’s Scimitar and Herman Wouk’s Don’t Stop the Carnival.

  2. Richard says:

Getting the Lee Child books in paperback sounds fine, if there is sufficient shelf space to put them on. For all the room in this place, I don’t have the shelving.

  3. Only ebooks for me.

  4. Evan Lewis says:

Many more weeks like this, and I’ll have to drive over there and leave books in your mailbox.

  5. Patti Abbott says:

    Reading is good.

  6. Richard says:

Evan – HA! You know darn well I’m overflowing with the things here…

Patti – oh yes, I can’t imagine a day without it!

  7. Jeff Meyerson says:

With all the things we’ve sent out we do have the shelf space at this point.

I’ve also been downloading a lot of free ebooks…

  8. Carl V. says:

And that is not a bad thing at all. If you were NOT reading and NOT buying, I would be sad.

  9. Richard says:

Carl, I’m about 150 pages into Leviathan Wakes. Just finished a two volume autobiography of children’s author Beverly Cleary, who grew up in nearby Yamhill and in Portland.
