Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

We’re having the traditional corned beef, boiled potatoes and cabbage this afternoon, and I’ll be watching some NCAA men’s basketball tournament games and trying to get the sweet peas planted, though it’s nippy now and will snow again tomorrow. Here’s something green and sort of four leaf clover-ish for you.

  1. Happy St. Patrick to you two guys!

  2. Evan Lewis says:

They oughta call it Corned Beef Day. That’s a holiday I could get behind.

  3. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Like you, I watched some NCAA Men’s Basketball and saw my Alma mater, Marquette University, defeat Murray State in a nerve-wracking game. On to the Sweet 16!

  4. Richard says:

No Pac 12 teams left, only 2 got in. Sometimes it seems they could just go ahead and have a Big East – ACC tournament and let everyone else play ing the NIT or whatever. I’d hoped for another upset by VCU but not quite.

Happy day after St. Patty’s Day to you. We spent the day outside in nearly 80 degree weather. Took a couple of long walks and grilled out in the evening. Watched a couple of episodes of The Last Detective on Netflix streaming and kept one eye on ESPN and my work basketball pool just to see how I was doing. All in all was a very relaxing day.

  6. Richard says:

Sure, Carl, rub in those nice warm temperatures. I’d just like to see 75.

  7. Carl V. says:

    I could’ve lied, I guess. 🙂
