Views from Portland

Because I don’t have a New Arrivals post for you, though I do have 3 new arrivals, two of them welcome gifts and one I ordered, I haven’t had time to scan them. So instead, for your amazement and amusement, here are four pictures from our home.

The first two were taken Thanksgiving, I think, one of the sunrise and the other of the state of the kitchen. Amazingly, we had a turkey dinner with trimmings just four hours after this was taken, and yes, we cooked it ourselves. The other two were taken on (Black) Friday and this morning. You’re welcome.

You’ll have to wait until next week, Jeff. !

    We’re trying, Bill, it’s a long haul.

Beautiful pics, even the “mess”, because it is an indication that you are making progress. And indeed did since you had Thanksgiving dinner not long after the picture was taken. Thanks for sharing these, they are lovely.

  5. Looks like Order is emerging out of Chaos!

That was quite a sight to wake up to this morning, Drongo. We’re continually amazed at how beautiful the views are from this new place.
