You know, over the years, I’ve wondered what the world would be like today if he, and his brother Robert, not to mention Martin Luther, Jr., hadn’t been assassinated. I like to think it would be better. But maybe not. Who knows?
There have been books with that theme – RESURRECTION DAY by Brendan Dubois, 11/22/63 by Stephen King come to mind – and it does not always turn out happily.
If so he’d have been 95. Not impossible, I guess, since his mother did live to be 104.
